Recipe: Alain’s Homemade Gnocchi

Many of us have been spending extra time in the kitchen lately which has provided an opportunity to work on culinary skills! If you’re looking for some inspiration, Tour Leader Alain has made a great video walking you through the process of making gnocchi!

1 kg (2.2 lbs) Potatoes
300 g (2.4 cups) Flour
1 egg
Tomato sauce!
