Please complete one Customer Information Form (CIF) for each person traveling as soon as you can but no later than 30 days prior to your tour start date.

This form covers the legal release that we need from you to join a tour, along with other information we need to collect from you as we prepare your tour. This means that we need you to fill this out even if you have traveled with us before.

Click the button above to access the form when you’re ready. If you can’t fill the form out in one go, you can email yourself a link to continue on later from within the survey.

If you are a first-time traveler, the form will ask for some standard information that is necessary for us to prepare your tour.
If you’ve traveled with us before, we’ll have your standard information on file and you can skip over this section while filling out the CIF.
The form will also cover some important reminders for yourself as you are getting ready to travel.

Nadine Dirksen - A German native, Nadine is a happy Colorado transplant who moved from lush Bavaria when she married. She left the land of pretzels in 2012 and has been enjoying a fun life full of cycling, mountain biking, CrossFit, hiking, running and any other outdoor activity that involves her little black Dachshund-mix. When not having fun outside or at work, she tries her hand at different craft projects with varying success.
