How to Hold a Space

At ExperiencePlus! we use a two-step reservation process. If you are ready to make a deposit on a tour please see the "Make my Reservation" information below.

• Hold a Space for Me - Call us at 1-800-685-4565 or e-mail us at tours@experienceplus.com to see if there is space on the tour you are considering. If there is, ask that we "pencil you in" on that tour. Penciling-in requires no deposit or obligation and allows you to hold space temporarily while you check with work, family and friends and begin looking at airfare. Before booking your flights, confirm that the tour has reached the minimum number of participants in order to guarantee departure.

   

• Make my Reservation - Once you're ready to book your tour, you can submit your deposit by way of our secure reservations page or call us at 1-800-685-4565.
