Mediterranean Fennel Salad Orange Slices, and Walnuts
How many of you regularly eat fennel? Here is your chance to prepare and eat it with familiar tastes. Besides, it takes only ten or fifteen minutes to prepare!
Ingredients for two people:
Take out the hardest leaves and core of the fennel. Cut lengthwise in thin slices. Mix with the orange slices. Squeeze the juice of half of an orange into the salad mix; add the lemon juice and mix well, adding also the oil. Sprinkle the pieces of walnuts, salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for at least ten minutes before serving.
