He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, is a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified Elite-level coach so imminently qualified to prepare you for your next bicycling adventure with ExperiencePlus!.
These training programs are customized for our tour ratings so let’s say you are joining us to Bicycle Italy’s Lakes District which is rated 201, you are under 50 years of age, and aren’t currently doing any exercise. Joe has a 12-week fitness program designed so that you’ll be prepared to handle both the mileage and terrain.
