The Pyrenees form the border between France and Spain and these mountains harbor some of the most traditional cultures of Western Europe. Here, the mysterious Basque culture lives on in language, cuisine and traditional architecture. Join us in Pamplona, one of Hemingway's favorite cities in Spain. We'll be there for the annual Festival of St. Fermín and the running of the bulls for two days before heading north and west into the Pyrenees and on to France. We'll take a break from the crowds in Spain's foothills for a couple of days and enjoy loop rides and local specialties before heading up, over the mountains and into France where we'll ride some of cycling's classic race routes.
