Meet our (extended) family

ExperiencePlus! has come a long way since our first tour across Italy in 1972.  But we’re still a family business.  You see, our tour leaders, staff and customers are all really extended family to us!  With so many staff members and customers who have been with us for years and years, it’s easy to see why we are so close.

In our Colorado headquarters, we gather each day for lunch around the dining table which doubles as the venue for our weekly staff meeting. This is where we discuss tour logistics, accounting, customer service…and eat ice cream cake to celebrate the latest birthday.

When the official meeting is over and the last drips of ice cream have been cleaned up, this also is where we gather to support organized local bike rides and set off on an occasional walk to the local coffee shop to grab our afternoon coffee after lunch.

At our Italian headquarters we have rooms, a living area and a large kitchen next to the office, shop and garage for our 350 some bicycles. Every day, our staff cooks lunch for the 5 to 10 staff and tour leaders who might be coming or going from the beginning of a tour.  We wouldn't be Italian after all if we didn't have a fresh plate of pasta at lunch!

  • Inquisitive people, active lifestyles!

ExperiencePlus! people – from our home office to our overseas offices and all of our tour leaders cycling across 18 countries – are as diverse as you can imagine.  But here’s one thing we all have in common: our passion for exploration and adventure.  We are all engaged with life and outdoor activity, and we’re anxious to share what we have learned.
